We are looking for a Web Designer with a passion for pixel perfect, simple, and intuitive interfaces. As a junior designer, you’ll derive new designs for web and mobile apps from creative assets and direction. You will work closely with development teams to greatly influence the face of a product that is used by thousands of people worldwide.

Expectations are:

• 2+ years working as web designer
• Experience with or the ability to learn Adobe Creative Suite in order to create wireframes, visual designs and prototypes.
• Intermediate knowledge of HTML and CSS required
• Have a digital portfolio that demonstrates previous work on apps, websites and other marketing assets.
• Work in close relationship with Senior Graphic Designer, • UI/UX Designer and Web Developer.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to details and passion for Jama’at work is essential.

We are looking for mobile developers with published native mobile apps in both Android and iOS.

Expectations are:

• At least 2 years of development experience in building mobile apps.
• iOS experience: Good understanding of Objective C, or Swift
• Android experience: Good understanding of Andoid Java, or kotlin
• Good understanding of Mobile App development/testing/publishing methodology including Git, Adhoc Distribution, and Code signing
• Strong organizational skills, attention to details and passion for Jama’at work is essential.

We are looking for a web developer to work in our team as part-time volunteer (minimum 5 hours/week). You must have a strong knowledge of latest web development frameworks and a passion for web user experience.

Expectations are:

• 4 years of Web Development experience including hand-coding HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• 2 years of PHP/MySQL development.
• Minimum 1 year of WordPress development (themes and plugins from scratch).
• Experience with jQuery, Bootstrap and git is required.
• Experience with Linux, Apache, and MySQL is desired.
• Perform analysis, design, code, test, and maintain web apps.
• Build and implement new web apps and REST APIs from grounds up using WordPress framework or custom PHP/MySQL.
• Be able to reverse engineer existing PHP and JavaScript code. 
• Be able to write clean documented code following industry best practices, and established development methodology in a team environment.
• Strong knowledge of Web Application security (XSS, Code Injection, and other attack vectors) and be able to write secure code.
